Faction Rules
To follow is the list of common role-play rules that every role-player should understand and follow.
Staff control the assets section
The staff tasked with moderating the faction threads also control the asset section of all factions. This is to ensure that all factions are earning their assets and are not spawning new assets out of thin air. As such only staff members are allowed to touch the asset portion on the faction apps. If you are found altering or modifying these stats you will be punished. This may commonly include the deduction of assets but in the most serious of cases it may even lead to your factions disbandment.
Leadership changes
In Transformers Rebirth leadership changes occur in character. This means in the case of Predaking and his predacon faction if he was challenged for leadership and lost then the IC and OOC leader of Predaking's tribe would change hands. By the same extent if a number of members do not like the way a character is leading their faction they may lead a coup or even create a splinter faction.
On a similar note Transformers Rebirth will not force factions to run OOC leadership votes, if a leader does desire to run an OOC leadership poll however they are free to do so.

Asset Usage
The list of assets on a Faction page is a list of all obtained assets, this means that a faction member may use any of the assets on that page as long as they are not already in use elsewhere, and they have authorisation to use the asset. If the asset is already in use elsewhere then they will be unable to use it, similarly a faction member may only use assets that the faction has listed. You may be punished if your found using an asset that the faction does not possess. In the case that you use an asset you don't have authorisation for then its the faction leaders job to punish you.
Also if you use an asset and it gets destroyed in battle it is your duty to post so in the Faction thread. You will have a maximum of a week to inform staff so they can update the faction assets. Failure to do so may result in the loss of additional assets.

Ranking updates
It is the duty of the current leader of the faction to update the rankings of the faction. This includes promotions/demotions along with dealing with applicants.
If they are not the original creator of the thread then they may request a mod to update the rankings for them, although in this case to show that they are frequently updating they must post any changes on the thread. Another option is that the new leader may repost the thread so they have editing access and then it shall replace the original version.

Player count
To authenticate a war faction it must be made up of three different users, this is unrelated to the number of characters or accounts that are part of the faction. This is in part to ensure that their isn't a hundred different one person factions, rather a number of larger more developed factions to chose from. You are however allowed to make the faction thread before you have the three required members, you will not be considered an official faction however until after you do so.
A subfaction though has no limit and may be played by a single player. Similarly a non-militant faction may not require three players, however a staff member has the right to request that a faction possesses all three members.
